Executive Assistant/Digital Marketing Specialist (1622)

Ann of Ann Ueno Interior Design is looking for someone who could help her be super organized and to keep up with planning her schedule better, supporting her clients (namely on client communication and the overall AUID client experience) better. To work well within her team. To be very anal/OCD with project management. Someone who can figure things out/does not need her to hold their hand. Someone who will manage her - is not afraid to speak up, push her, etc. Someone with a very positive attitude and can work within the tools and systems they use efficiently.

If you are best at:
- Handing schedule - personally and professionally
- Create a really strong and reliable communication system with clients and set appointments.
- Lead process (we have this but need someone to own it)
- Assist with a travel schedule
- Assist with digital marketing - IG reels, FB copy, email marketing
- Digital course support - marketing, content creation, etc.
- Graphic design is a plus
- Handle personal and professional bill pay
- Handle manual tax process as part of purchasing our products
- Assist with purchasing products
- Assist in Houzz Pro if possible/will train

Note: Knowledge of Instagram, All Microsoft programs/G Suite, Houzz Pro, Wix, and Flodesk (email marketing) is a plus. ??Working hours: 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Time. (Monday -Friday)?
