Multiskilled VA: Wordpress Dev & SEO; Email Marketing, Graphic Design

I operate a real estate brokerage and advisory firm and I am in need of a multi-skilled Virtual Assistant. I am happy to consider full time or part time (min 3 day/week) applicants.

The work will involve:
- Cleaning up and building on existing contact databases
- Email marketing to those contacts
- Assisting with on-line filing (Google Drive)
- Developing and maintaining Lead Generation websites (wordpress - Pegasus them, analytics)
- Designing brochures and signboards for printing
- Uploading real estate listings
- Contacting real estate agents & developers to request information

The applicant will generally just report to me (the business owner), however there will be occasions when they will need to assist other staff.
