Job Description:

I’m looking for a committed, hard working copywriter. You will need to be a great communicator with very good written English, as one of your main jobs will be writing articles and listings about our products.

Further to this an interest in online marketing would be an asset, as you will be handling marketing and SEO tasks for our company.

You will be working for a very successful international and fast growing company who are in the process of putting into place a new growth strategy in 2016.

You will never be bored, as you will constantly be learning new skills covering marketing, copywriting and seeing how a company grows. If you do a good job and because we are growing very quickly, this role has the potential to become a team leader within the first year!

As my virtual assistant you will be one of my most valuable asset and will be treated as such.

Whether you work for us for a year or for 5 years we to help you pick up new skills so that when you leave us your life will be better than when you joined us.

• I specialize in manufacturing products and selling them online
• I have been starting companies for 5 years

• I own a UK (London) based company.
• You would be the Lock Sourcing’s 8th Employee in the Philippines, which shows that we are a good company to work for and that this is a long-term position (we are not beginners!)


ABOUT THE POSITION:
Your main responsibility will be to be our company’s copywriter and SEO specialist (we will of course provide you with training). This will entail:
• Writing a lot of content for our listings using the keywords we will provide you with
• Product listings, and optimizing them
• Keyword performance analysis and optimizing our keywords (working with our advertising team)
• Creating new listings
• Correcting errors in listings and solving problems with our listings
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• We will pay you daily for the 1st week, weekly for the next 7 weeks and then bi-weekly after that.
• We pay bonuses for great work and results
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• We give you 1 personal day which you can use as sick days or vacation days for every month you work for us (12 days per year)
• We give you all UK Bank Holidays as paid holidays (8 days a year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)
