Amazon E-Commerce VA with QuickBooks Bookkeeping Experience – Full-Time (Philippines)

We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Associate with expertise QuickBooks Bookkeeping and also helping manage our Amazon and Shopify stores (Mostly Amazon). This is a full-time, long-term salaried position with room for growth into a management role.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management:
Handle customer inquiries via email & chat
Respond to Amazon & Shopify customer service requests
Manage customer returns & shipping requests through PirateShip
File claims with USPS for lost shipments
Monitor & respond to customer reviews & feedback

Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Maintain QuickBooks and reconcile transactions
Track expenses, reimbursements, and refunds
Generate financial reports in Excel & Google Sheets

E-Commerce Operations & Product Sourcing:
Research new products using Alibaba & Google
Contact suppliers via email, Alibaba, and Skype
Track & manage inventory and order placements
Maintain records in Google Docs & Excel

Career Growth & Management:
Once you master these tasks, you will be promoted to a managerial role, responsible for hiring & training new VAs

Requirements (Must-Have)
* Customer Service Experience – Previous Amazon/Shopify store support
* Bookkeeping Experience – QuickBooks knowledge & strong Excel skills
* Excellent English Skills – Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
* Tech-Savvy – Proficient with Gmail, Skype, Google Docs, MS Office
* Fast Typing Speed – 35+ WPM (Attach a screenshot of a typing test)
* Reliable Internet & PC Setup – (Attach a screenshot of your internet speed test and computer specs)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
* Amazon Seller Central experience
* Familiarity with Shopify & Dropshipping
* Knowledge of Trello, Asana, or Basecamp for project management
* Photoshop or basic graphic design skills
