Full Charge, Mid-level Bookkeeper (Property Management/Real Estate)

Full Charge Bookkeeper in Real Estate

Our property management firm has an opening in our accounting department for a Full Time, full charge bookkeeper. We have multiple teammates in the Philippines.

The applicant should have the following qualifications:

• Strong Experience in bookkeeping (Real Estate or Property Management experience is a +plus+)
• Experience processing payroll
• Experience reconciling accounts
• Strong organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Accounting Degree or certification
• Familiarity with Financial Statements including Balance Sheets.
• Financial Reporting Experience
• Ability to work five (5) full days per week on NY Hours

Responsibilities include:

• Processing payroll
• Reviewing Insurance policies
• Creating monthly financial reports with Financial Statements for multiple properties
• Monthly review of bills and receipts
• Tracking receivables and payables
• Multiple bank account reconciliations
• Working with outside accountants for clients’ tax matters and returns.
• Internal firm bookkeeping

This role is during New York hours.
