Customer Service VA

We are actively looking for a VA with experience in inbound and outbound calls, emails for CS, and with exp in copyright infringement in accordance with DMCA. This role is highly technical in nature, and only experienced candidates will be shortlisted.

Roles (but not limited to):
1. Submits DMCA letters to infringing sites
2. Solves all the problems on copyright material across all platforms like Amazon, Google, eBay, Alibaba, and stand-alone sites.
3. Reports an infringement and takes down violators
4. Removes content believed to be a copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed
5. Blocks access to copyright contents
6. Knows how to shut down IP addresses
7. Have an IP protection ability/background
8. We need a dedicated infringement analyst with experience with removals on Aliexpress, ---------- , wish, eBay, and stand-alone sites; Shopify, Lazada, etc.
9. Confident in taking inbound and outbound calls
