Marketing Manager

Our Salon is looking for someone who is knowledgeable on using Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok, Youtube and can share ideas on new and ever-changing marketing trends in social media. The work is not only limited to marketing and must be able to work in customer service, appointment setting, social media marketing, employee relations, and other secretarial work.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in social media marketing particularly Instagram, and Facebook.
- Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time
- Willing to work on weekends if needed
- Willing to share additional knowledge about marketing with the team and be able to catch new trends
- Creative in making captions, planning the Instagram feed, and appropriate hashtags
- Have experience working in Beauty salons or any related field
- Have experience conducting a successful product launch
- Preferably High Compliance and Dominance
