Looking for a high quality thumbnail creator for multiple youtube channels (Crypto, Business, Lifestyle). We run multiple businesses in different niches and are looking to create youtube content for each of those niches.

MUST be very experienced in photoshop and also have a deep understanding of Click-Through-Rate on youtube and what makes people want to click on thumbnails.

This position also has a lot of room to grow so we are looking for someone who is able to work with us for the long term.
