We’re looking for a new Media & Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Agency at Forever Booked. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and full of energy!

THIS ROLE ENTAILS

- Posting ---------- using facebook business manager
- Perform research to collect high performing campaign creative
- Communicate with our graphic designer to build high performing creatives
- Track facebook ads, and make updates to increase performance
- Review campaign data and identify trends and insights to develop strategic recommendations for campaigns
- Report underperforming ads & take action to correct course
- Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and customer success manager to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
- Attending daily meeting to ensure we are meeting benchmarks
- Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- You have near perfect written and spoken English
- You love interacting with people
- You are very organized, and an excellent multitasker
- You are comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
- You’re fun to be around over coffee or beer outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).

While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Canadian EST Time Zone (9 AM to 5 PM EST Toronto/New York Time).
