Are you an excellent front end developer?

We're looking for an HTML5 & CSS3 expert who can bring our ideas to life. You must have the following:
- Experience using Bootstrap
- Excellent written English
- Good knowledge of PHP & Javascript
- Experience of working with Github
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, with an excellent eye for detail and good design skills
- Familiar with Google Drive

We need a front end developer to take our ideas for new websites and quickly build them using Bootstrap HTML and CSS. The sites must be cross-browser and cross-platform friendly, as we get a lot of mobile traffic to our network of sites.
Working hours will be 9am - 5.30pm UK time.
