JOB OVERVIEW

We're running a SaaS product with a few clients using the software. We're looking for someone who can do demos and do level 1 tech support (inquiries), so we'd like to have someone who has at least 2-3 years already in this area.

The following are the responsibilities of this position:

1. Inquiries and Support - There are times when the client have questions or need support - they reach out via email or group chat. We need someone to answer the clients within 3 minutes, if within work hours and if outside work hours it's ok to answer fastest time possible. Under support is also being able to meet with the client for a status update, via online face to face meetings.

2. Sales Demo - Heaviest of all tasks. Sometimes, there are inquiries about the software, but we're not actively marketing yet so there's not much of this. But if there are inquiries, we'll need the person to be able to pitch the software to the client (training and pitch deck will be provided), send the proposal and if the client wishes to proceed - train them on how to use the software. The training will take about 4 hours.

3. Billing - We are billing the clients manually since they pay via bank deposit, this job will only take about 1-2 hours of your time per month.

4. Other Misc Admin Tasks - not much here, perhaps sending out proposals or completing paperwork like accreditation.

We need someone who has strong communication and presentation skills and fast response time. The work is erratic but we're expecting you to free up around 20 hours a week of your time. The software is a logistics software with great UI / UX, it would be great if the person is also techy and likes to tinker.
