JOB OVERVIEW

Onedesk is a tech-focused house cleaning platform. We are looking to hire a professional sounding sales and customer success representative to answer calls from people who are interested in our cleaning services for their homes (English-speaking).

We are looking for an amazing, bubbly, friendly, sweet individual who customers will fall in love ---------- ndidate should have fantastic social skills, with the ability to comfort customers when things go ---------- ndidate must have great attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed, tedious processes with a great ---------- ndidate should have great organizational skills to remember follow-ups as needed, and to record information taken out of customer calls and make sure it gets to the necessary tea ---------- ---------- ndidate must have native-level english grammar. Time spent working for english speaking companies, or living in an english speaking country is a huge plus.

Typical tasks that will be included in this position:

- Answer the phone for (English speaking) people who are interested in buying our home cleaning services, and educate them on our company
- Call and text current and prospective customers who reach out via message and need to be followed-up with
- Act as a translator between our English speaking customers and Spanish-speaking cleaners (for example, if the customer has specific instructions that you need to relay to a cleaner who does not speak English).
- Act as a translator between our English speaking business team and the Spanish-speaking cleaners
- Create instructions manuals to explain our company processes to Spanish-speaking cleaners
- Log info from calls into a CRM and spreadsheets so that others on the team are aware of necessary information
- Provide tech support to help our customers use the tech platform
- Study process documentation to become an expert on our processes so you can execute them perfectly!
