Best VA with graphic skills required

Highly proficient, self starter VA needed for a well established Internet Company running several E-commerce stores, preferably with experience in managing customer's order, graphic skills (knowledge of Adobe FW + t shirt editing/designing will bring you in front of the line), email communication and english literate. Part time leading to Full Time for right candidate.
