About Us:

We are an E-Commerce Distributor of all Horticultural Equipment and Lighting. ( ---------- ). As we near the 3rd quarter of the year, we are preparing to add another tea ---------- mbers to our operations/customer service team, to help solve tickets and coordinate logistics, training under the Customer Service Manager, so the Customer Service Manager can focus on growing the department in other areas.

Job Description:

Answering Phone Tickets & Processing Correctly/Solving Them/Updating Them
Answering Live Chat Tickets & Processing Correctly/Solving Them/Updating Them
Answering Email Tickets & Processing Correctly/Solving Them/Updating Them
Coordinate Deliveries Between Freight Carriers and Customers & Update Order Tracking Board
Keeping Everything In Gorgias Neat and Merged and Correctly Tagged
Reporting To Manager With Updates - Daily Communication

Requirements:

Compensation:

Starting Salary is $400 Per Month for the First Three Months, Then Review and Raise
