Part Time Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a part time (10hrs/wk) VA to assist with the following tasks:
- Monitoring our various email accounts info@ / ---------- Logging any issues into our task board.
- Handle basic support enquires and where needed escalate these to their relevant departments.
- Basic data entry tasks using software and guidelines we ---------- itially this will be a part time job of around 10hrs per week. This will likely be 2hrs per day broken up into a few blocks throughout each day. For example: 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. This way you can respond to the majority of emails/requests within the same day.

This position would suit a person who needs a few extra hours or work per ---------- ndidate will require a decent internet connection and computer.
- Have access to Skype
- Not be afraid to learn new software management tools.
- There will be some on the job training which will consist primarily of watching our how to and support videos to understand what we do.
