Sales Representative

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male
• 23 years old and above
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course preferably business-related; undergraduates are also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in sales is an advantage
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle with driver’s license
• Familiar with General Santos City
• Willing to be assigned to other nearby areas for a short period of time but will be permanently based in Gensan City
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
• With pleasing personality: presentable, professional, confident, assertive and highly-motivated
• With good communication skills; both written and oral

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products & services
• Keeps management informed by submitting reports such as: monthly sales report, weekly work plans etc.
• Meet monthly sales target
• Resolves customer complaints and concerns by developing solutions
