Job Title: Online Universal Remote Specialist with a specialty in Shopify Management and Social Engagement

Opportunity: Part-Time Salaried Employment Salary Contract

Salary: $400 USD/Monthly for 20hrs a week

Objective: Support BRAGGS GROUP primarily through the arm of HOUSE OF CARTILLI (HOC) in terms of Shopify store management, social media management, customer engagement, newsletter management, chat support, administrative tasks, and other assigned tasks or duties related to your role as an online universal remote specialist.


We are looking for a long-term, part-time tea ---------- mber to join our family as a remote worker with a high skill set in writing, reading, e-commerce store management, sending emails, excellence in customer support, customer engagement, and social media development (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.), content creation, website creation, and brand management. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-year of experience with Shopify management & social engagement.

The position is open for a female candidate only in an effort to commit to continued diversity amongst our current mixed-gendered staff -- also, to manage the aspects of a woman-led brand.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. E-commerce Store Management. Maintaining the Shopify store; fulfilling orders, running the store, and making sure that every matter is resolved.
2. Customer Support. Resolving customer queries via chat, email, or phone -- recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
3. Social Media Management.
4. Writing ---------- erface with social media channels, ensuring engagement accuracy, and membership needs are resolved.
5. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
6. Develop content in the planning, implementing, and overseeing of all marketing and advertising campaigns.
7. Provide online prospective customers and membership support via email and chat ---------- anize incoming email and spam removal. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.
8. Growing and developing the in-house marketing team.
9. Creating a network.
10. Payment processing. Pay bills etc.
11. Other assigned administrative tasks and duties that warrant the necessity of the business mission.
