Final Cut Pro X - Video Editor for Seminar

Need someone to edit a Seminar recording (2.5h Clip)

What needs to be done
- Cut out technical issues
- Make sure the colour looks realistic for each lighting change
- If you can boost the audio without extra buzz that would be great
- Put into relevant Chapters (4-5 Chapters)

Must use Final Cut Pro X 10.2.3 or higher as I will be wanting the Project file as well as the final product.
