I am seeking a full-time designer for tansi clothing. Your job will be to brand tansi clothing according to the specs. Ideas are welcomed and a must. your drive and style will determine our fit. Minimum a three month full time job, but may be extended as well.

BRANDS I LIKE AND WHY
- Joe Fresh - I like how its clean
- Ten Tree – I like the aspect of how it’s geared towards a feeling of environment. They did a good job of that. It has a feel of travel as well.

- targeting 18-24 year olds
- open minded, loves to travel, wants to learn a new language, open to dating other cultures, loves meeting new people

BRANDING TANSI CLOTHING
I have been wanting to associated imagery and a feeling to tansi clothing and I have found the two: Friends and Travelling.

The shirts currently act as ice breakers which help you make new friends. A person will ask what your shirt means if don’t know. OR if they do know and will say “Cool Shirt”

When you travel you will make new lasting friendships. I want to have a feeling associated to my clothes. That feeling when you think of travelling and the peace it brings and that new friend you made.

When a person wears my shirts it will outwardly tell a person that I am open minded and I am your friend. Meaning if I see you wearing a shirt with the word tansi (hello in my Cree language) it tells me that the wearer of the shirt is open minded and will be friendly towards me.

- FRIEND IMAGERY
o Different ethnicities together waring my shirts. Smiling. Having fun
o A Chinese person may be wearing the English Hello and the Canadian may be wearing the Chinese Hello

IDEAS FOR SOME IMAGERY
- Tansi clothing back pack - we will need a back pack that is branded to tansi clothing. I may eventually create a back pack in the future.
- The back pack with shirts all around it. Showing the link between travel and tansi.
- The back pack on the bed with the tansi shirts around it. Showing the person is about to go on a trip and they plan in taking tansi shirts.
- A map could be on the bed with the tansi shirts around it. Again showing that the person is going on a trip and they plan to take their tansi shirts.
- The back pack could also have patches with the hello images on it. The designs on the back pack could be cool in the different hellos.

BRANDING MATERIALS NEEDED
Social Media Campaign – I want to run a three month campaign on Instagram. But I will also be posing that same imagery on Twitter and Facebook. I need about 3 month’s ideas on what to post daily. I will be having contests also in the middle of those posts.

Photography Ideas – I want to do to have ideas on how to do a photoshoot that I plan to get done. I need you direct me on the types needed to fulfill what I am trying to create overall.

New Website Design - I am seeking a new website design that also fits the brand I am trying to create. It will have the travel and friend imagery attached to the page. I need to do a better job of creating a sizing chart for people to order my shirts. I want them to confidently know that the shirt they are ordering will fit them. It will help sales.

Advertisements – I have ads that are made but not sure if they are the most effective ads I could be using.

Facebook Profile Images – I will need images for the Facebook Profile Page.

Twitter Profile Images – I will need images for the Facebook Profile Page
