JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate COMPLIANCE OFFICER who is SMART, FAST, and works hard.
We are looking to add someone who is HARD WORKING, HONEST, ATTENTION TO DETAILS and DEDICATED to the TEAM as soon as possible!

Must be technologically SAVVY. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines for ---------- this role, you will carry the clients from the beginning of a sale to the close of escrow. This includes handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, coordinating communication between all parties and tea ---------- mbers, and doing whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close. So this is a GREAT job with PLENTY of work available, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

**Job Type: Part time
Schedule: MUST work from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
Hourly Pay: competitive salary| Bi-weekly pay via Wise
Contract: Long-term


** Requirement:
- With Experience in KW Command - creating opportunities, commissions, upload files
- With experience using DocuSign, Dotloop, Zip form
- detailed oriented

**Role:
- Review and audit submitted files. Make sure that the documents are filled out correctly in accordance with state regulations and policies.
- Documents are signed by buyers and sellers and nothing is missed.
- Documents are signed by the Broker/Licensee for those documents that are required for them to be signed.
-Making sure that Executed Documents are uploaded.
-Making sure that all documents submitted have the right property address.
- Making sure that the Opportunity is named by the Property Address.
-Making sure that the agent understands why the Folder has been returned due to missing compliance documents/ due to documents that are filled out incorrectly.
- Approving documents that are compliant.
- Leave notes or comments tagging the agent on why the document has been returned.
- Responding to agents who have left Comment/s in Command.
- Sending an email to agents for properties that closed but still has required documents that are missing or has been returned.
- Helping first time agents who have not yet created an Opportunity in KW Command (as well as creating an offer and submitting the Commission) via email. Sending them the screenshots and links on how to create an Opportunity and how to submit commission.
- Sending a list of required documents to the agent/s for a specific Type of Opportunity.
- Responding to agents who have questions on the compliance document.
-Working with Finance Department on Closed deals with those Opportunities that need to be compliant. Then updating ---------- if ready for processing.
- Updating Finance on the status of the Opportunities. (For closed deals).
- Working with the Broker to get approval on documents that Buyers/Sellers/other Agents have refused to sign.
- Working with Broker and Operations Manager on the list of required documents, Conditionally Required Documents, and Optional documents. The operations Manager will update this list in KW Command.
- If approved by the Broker, uploading required documents sent by the agents via email in their Opportunity and approving it
- Tracking the Opportunities that have been reviewed.
- Tracking Folders in the Opportunities that have been returned and approved.
- Sending the Compliance Tracker to Broker and Operations Manager on the percentage of agents who have submitted the first time and agents who have their Opportunities returned.
- Send Top 10 List of Agents that don’t have any Opportunities returned (only for closed deals) for the month. (All of their submitted Opportunities are compliant).
