E-commerce Operations Manager

Hi everyone,

We are an established eCommerce store in the Home Decor niche, looking to expand our team and hire a full-time, remote Operations Assistant.

You will be:
- Paid a monthly retainer of $960 - $1,920 USD ($8-$12 an hour).
- Working a total of 40 hours a week.
- Working from Monday - Friday (A little bit on Saturday for a short period of time)

Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing the fulfilment of orders with a third-party logistic provider.
- Communicating with Chinese factories to order stock for preexisting products.
- Sourcing new products from Chinese factories.
- Data entry in Google Sheets.
- Navigating the Shopify platform.
- Replying to Customer Service emails and messages.

Requirements are:
- Experience in eCommerce Operations.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent English writing capabilities.
