Accountant (part-time for US client with CEO who lives in PH)

Part-time accountant needed for our lead generation ---------- 's like a marketing agency, but we own the websites and need your help switching from cash to accrual based accounting.

I'm the CEO, and an MBA from US, but am super short on time, can answer 20 questions in one email per month, will pay you and can paste all bank statements in an excel sheet each month. Feel reasonable?
