Operations Manager (telemedicine company)

Our client, a telemedicine company based in the US, is looking for an Operations Manager who will handle the day-to-day operations. The role will oversee the virtual assistants doing customer service, handling medical appointments, sales and marketing. Background in medical field is a plus!

Ideal candidate must have the following:

1. Must have prior experience in managing operations. Previous experience in a telemedicine company is plus!
2. At least 5 years in customer service
3. Must have experience in digital marketing.
4. Must have experience in sales.
5. Must have experience using Facebook ad Google my business, ---------- ,CRM , SLACK , Wordpress , Google spreadsheet

Salary: $6/hour
Work hours: 8am-6pm, M-F, CST
