Be part of Mint Creative Solutions!! We are a start-up Marketing Company with a passionate team of strong independent women! We are looking for a Full-Time FILIPINA COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE!

This is a hybrid role with a permanent work from home setup.

With a salary range depending on your skill as an applicant. This is a full-time position with 40 hours a week work-load, which will initially start off with 15 hours weekly, gradually increasing your time with us, as we deem fit according to your work output and productivity.

If you think you have these qualifications :

???? With at least 1-2 years of related work experience on:
????? Podcast — specifically in relation with transcript cleanup, creating shownotes, titles etc
???? Content planning and calendar management experience — knows basics in creating content ideas, keywords, hashtags, engagement
???? Content creation for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs

???? To be effective in this role you must have :
???? Impeccable grammar and writing skills.
???? With at least a proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
????? Must be fluent and can catch cultural nuances.

? This role involves a high level of autonomy to focus on areas that will best help clients increase their likelihood of continuing with the company’s services, thus you must have the:
???? Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with all levels of organization
???? Ability to make social connections, interpret customs and culture of both the company and the acquired clients
???? Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
? Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external team members

???? The perfect candidate should be a:
?? Self-starter who is able to quickly take on new tasks, and fill in gaps where needed.
? With ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
? With good time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
???? Proficient with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, etc.
???? Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned
