Graphic Illustrator/Designer position - Start July 1, 2022

Start Date: July 1, 2022

To be considered for the position you must have:
Minimum 3 years of proven designing experience.
Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity & good command with design software and technologies such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, canva, and more.
With a good eye for aesthetics and details, we want someone who will wow us with their projects.

You must, have excellent communication skills. You cannot disappear and not message back for over a week and then say you were working 40+ hours on the job and expect to have a job and get paid.

You must have the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines and quick turnaround times.

A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a bonus, not a must, but your designs better be rad.

We offer 90-day Evaluations and will offer a small bonus based on performance, then we re-evaluate at 6 months and possibly give you a raise at 6 months if we are seeing growth in business and the team. Then we will give you Annual bonuses based on performance and company success for 1 year and then every year after that.
