Customer Service / Sales Rep

Stirling ---------- / is looking for a motivated Customer Service Rep / Virtual Assistant with strong customer service skills. This person must be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done! We need someone who has the talent to ramp up quickly and is willing to learn new skills needed to continue our rapid growth.

Stirling currently employs 5 full-time people in the Philipines and looking to add one more! The job hours are 9 am - 5 pm EST (New York Time).

We have daily check-in calls to discuss daily activities, provide team updates, and brainstorm ideas for future growth.

You will be working at home with a dynamic team ready to have a great 2022.

The job requires the following:
- Reliable & Quality Internet Speed at Home
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Attendance at daily tea ---------- etings.
- You must be easily trainable and have a fast learning pace.
- Capable of handling and following up on Customer Emails and Campaign Emails.

Job Description:
- Respond to Customer Chats & Emails
- Respond to Customer Phone calls. Answer questions and take orders.
- Prospecting new customers - cold calling / following up on leads/closing deals.

The job is from 9 am-5 pm Eastern (New York). This is critical as we have customers calling in and asking questions and placing orders.
