Cold Callers for Real Estate Company

Our team needs an experienced salesperson that can generate then qualify motivated seller ---------- this competitive market, we need a rep that speaks like they are calling from our Houston-based office. Hungry to earn, confident in their abilities, overcomes objections, asks meaningful and insightful questions Experience buying discounted or distressed properties is desired but not necessary Like any lead-generating position, you will encounter much resistance from prospects.

* We use Prospect Boss 3-line dialer and REIControl as CRM

* Office Hours Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CST

* Bi-weekly Pay

* Vacation / Sick pay for full time employees (5 days paid time off)

* Increased Bonuses based on performance

* Hourly + $50 bonus per closing

* Additional $20 on meeting weekly dialing quota.
