Managing job schedule
Matching invoices to estimates
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
Working with job foreman to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
Manage costs in order to meet budget
Manage construction schedule and activities
Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
Managing budgets
Making sure tasks are being completed

Requirements
3-7 years of experience in project management within construction
Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
Ability to budget and control costs
