Artillery Philippines is an online art, calligraphy and bullet journaling supplies store. We want to help further transform our customers' art experience by teaching them how to use their art supplies, level up their art skills and ultimately, helping them express their feelings on paper and building their confidence.
We just launched our new online courses and we are looking for an online Enrollment Coach/Sales Rep that can help us qualify and close students, helping them overcome their fears and roadblocks to further empower them as aspiring artists and calligraphers.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and thrives in a FAST-PACED environment.
There will be a 4-month training/trial period to assess whether you would be a good fit. (You will be compensated during the training period)

Requirements:
- Stable internet connection
- An extrovert who feels energized talking to people
- Comfortable doing online calls via Zoom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work on at least 1 weekend (day off will be 1 weekend and 1 weekday)
- Work hours: 2pm - 11pm

Responsibilities:
- Online sales calls and follow up via call/chat
- Onboarding new clients
- Assist in lead scheduling, acquisition and after sales as needed
- Assist in improving sales process
- Assist in increasing efficiency and closing rates
- Conduct live online masterclasses

Nice to have:
- Sincere interest in arts/calligraphy

This is NOT for you if:
- You get anxious when you talk to people on a call (whether one on one or in a group)
- You want a slow-paced, comfortable, repetitive job
- You have a hard time multitasking
- You easily get discouraged when things don't go as planned

Compensation:
- P20,000 - P35,000 per month including commissions and sales bonuses (the better your results, the higher the payout)
- Basic Benefits such as SSS and PhilHealth
- 13th month bonus (once you've transitioned to a full-time employee)
