Social media marketing manager

Energy Stone, an established jewelry line since 1994, is seeking a social media marketing manager to be in charge of the planning and delivery of the company’s social media and email marketing campaigns for its flagship store ---------- .

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the following areas:
- create and post reels and posts on Instagram, ---------- and Facebook
- communicate and response to customers through these platforms
- creating a friendly and caring Energy Stone community through Facebook Group
- outreach to customers through in-depth understanding of email Marketing using Klaviyo on the Shopify platform

On the technical side, the marketing manager should have the following skill set:
- graphic design and video editing
- good copy writing
- Shopify store management
- tech savvy
- a fast learner and be able to install plug in for marketing and data analysis purpose
- attention to detail

The following qualifications will be an asset:
- SEO knowledge and experience
- web developer for Shopify store
- good communication skills
- customer service skills
- Goggle analytics certified
- knowledge of Facebook ad

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about social media/digital marketing and one who appreciates reaching out to understand people's lives. The candidate need to love what she/he does; a fast learner; trust worthy; and able to work as a team.
