NECESSARY SKILLS

At least 5 years relevant work experience in the same capacity
JOB DESCRIPTION

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for all vacancies
Proactively source and recruit candidates via different recruitment network and avenues
Conduct end to end recruitment for all vacancies
Maintain candidate database for a steady pool of manpower in case of need
Recommend strategies to reduce employee turnover through data collected from candidate interviews
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong project management skills and analytical thinking
Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines of headcount requirement
Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in English
Must be amenable to be based in Makati City, Philippines
Must be available to start employment immediately
