Content Creator/manager

Job description

We are a software company based in London and we require an experienced youtube/ social media content manager/ creator to join our team for a full time role.
This will be 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm UK time zone.

Duties:

Manage multiple youtube channels/ social media accounts
Create content for the channels and engage with audience
Create and publish engaging content
Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Act as a VA to the director when needed
Outsource and manage project with freelancer’s
Identify new opportunities for content creation
Reach out and communicate with influencers for promotion
Report activity performance to senior management
Strategising long term content creation plan with management
Use content management systems to analyse users and engagement metrics
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to tea ---------- mbers when needed.
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Build a following on social media.

Skills :
Ability to read and write english is a must
Ability to be creative and to produce innovative content
Experienced with youtube content creation tools
Attention to detail
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
Strong leadership qualities.
Team player
