Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for someone with human resources experience working for companies in the USA. This is a full-time position and you must be able to work 8a.m.-5p.m. Upgrade to see actual info is required that you have a strong internet connection with the ability to utilize our VOIP service, Nextiva.

The position will consist of:
Reporting to our HR Manager in Arizona
Oversee payroll processing and compliance
Run audit reports for payroll and benefits accuracy
Answer payroll inquiries from employees (we have well over 300 total)
Onboarding of new-hires
Managing Employee Files
Monitoring the Upgrade to see actual info e-mail account
Process Wage Garnishments
Reporting
Managing Job Postings
Process terminations and exit interviews
Process employment verification requests
Notarize documents
Process unemployment Claims
