Job Overview/ Job Summary/Job Description:
You will work on an 8 hours shift for 5 days a week, and will be responsible for effectively enhancing the company’s brand with the use of social media platforms. Please take note that this is currently a non-voice position, but does require native-level written & verbal English.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all company’s social media channels, such as responding to comments to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Building brand awareness by engaging with targeted audiences
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
• Maintaining the quality of responses given to our audience
• Cooperate with management and colleagues (social media content creators) to achieve optimal working conditions
• Form key relationships with targeted audience across the social media platforms
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
• Other miscellaneous tasks as needed by the management.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
• Is diligent even working with repetitive tasks on most days
• Ability to communicate effectively in written/verbal English.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with colleagues and the management team
• Responsive to team conversations and ability to ask questions when needed
• Ability to work and thrive in a macro-managed environment, learn rapidly and master the needed information.
• Amenable to working flexible working hours and days - including weekends. Be able to work 8 hours shift on Mondays - Fridays, particularly 3pm - 11pm PHT (in the first weeks) & 9am - 5pm PHT (afterwards), there may be an hour adjustment depending on daylight savings.
• Available to work as soon as possible
Preferred:
• Has experience managing different social media platforms
Technical Requirements:
• Able to work remotely. You will need to have your own pc/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Needs to have at least 10mbps upload and download speed.
• Must have a backup internet supply (Mobile Data is accepted).
