I need a truly responsible and on-the-ball Paid Search Specialist ready for a challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with a portfolio of clients during the campaign.
- Working with landing page designers to ensure ensure that Google Tag Manager, and tracking is properly installed
- Writing of copy on landing pages to ensure message on Google Ads are congruent with the ads you have created
- Write compelling copy for Google Ads headline and descriptions using direct response marketing strategies.
- Manage and deliver on Google Ads projects within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- Educate and keep clients in the loop on our strategies (conversion rate optimization and lead generation/ECommerce).
- Ensure that tracking of each lead is properly setup, to track Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquiring a Customer (CAC) and Return On Investment (ROI) is well documented, so the clients will be well aware of how their campaign is performing
- Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
- Craft and deploy irresistible offers across different industries.

Our ideal candidate is someone that has a proven track record (Minimum 1 year of experience) in Google Ads.

Requirements
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Must have full understanding of how Google Ads work and what works and what doesn’t
- Know how to look at stats to provide optimization
- Document down changes that have been made so that the client or your team know what has been done to optimize the campaign
- Excellent command of English
- Positive “can-do” attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver.
- Able to understand clients' business thoroughly by asking the right questions if required
- Navigation of Google Analytics is a must.
- Knowledge of A/B split testing is a must
- Very comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proven portfolio of past existing Google Ads campaigns
- Knowledge/portfolio of creating high converting landing pages is a bonus but not a must
