Associate Recruiter

We are looking for a rockstar Associate Recruiter to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Review, screen and sort resumes and other credentials
- Conduct initial interview and prepare summary ratings
- Update and monitor spreadsheets and job boards
- Follow up with candidates via magicjack, email and job boards.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time related to the job

Basically, we need an all around recruiter!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good screenside manner, professional looking.
- Proficient in english, both written and oral
- Keen attention to ---------- e "RECRUITMENT APPLICANT" as subject.
- No experience required, but healthcare recruitment is an advantage
- Self starter and flexible
