Talented Wordpress Website Developer

Hi!

We are searching for a talented, experienced WordPress developer (preferably with some design skills as well.) We would love to establish a long-term relationship with this person.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Very experienced with WordPress
2. Experienced with thrive theme development and design (Can build inside of thrive themes template builder and thrive architect with thrive blocks)
3. Can translate complex PSD designs to dynamic, responsive Thrive theme WordPress websites
4. Fluent in CSS
5. Good at troubleshooting WordPress and plugin issues
6. Know how to add/design/develop elements like sliders, accordion tabs, etc.
7. Experienced, Creative, and fast with Photoshop (+ have photoshop program access) - We like to design websites with layers of graphics, so being comfortable creating textures and background touches is a big plus!
8. Basic on-page SEO knowledge, how to build with best practices, good structure
9. Proper Maintenance of WordPress sites
10. Good with Mobile Responsiveness Design

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
1. Experience designing modern web pages (Examples of modern websites: ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , ---------- )
2. Experience designing modern web graphics
