I am looking for a Full-Time GVA to help me manage & delegate tasks. Someone that can research and brainstorm with me in this start-up phase. Someone that can stay organized and handle multiple projects at once. I’m looking for my long-term loyal assistant. Someone that can commit to full-time focus and devotion to building these businesses together.

PAY:
The first month is a trial month at a agreed-upon rate
Pay increases at month 2 & month 6 & every 6 months thereafter or if otherwise agreed.
Team bonuses upon completion of team projects
Incentives for creativity
Opportunities to make weekly bonuses

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
