JOB OVERVIEW

Sacramento Managing Company is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Assistant to remotely join our Company. Human Resources Assistant duties include assisting the Head of Establishment with project management and making plans to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. HRA must responsibly monitor and assist with business recruiting, hiring, onboarding, policy and regulation implementation, inspections, and electronic communication. HRA provides support to the Head of Establishment in routine meetings, reporting, calendar management, and workflow management. LED Trucking Inc.is managed by Sacramento Managing Company, this position is remote only. This position reports directly to the Head of Establishment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Establishment in policy formulation, recruiting, hiring, and salary administration
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, interview and sort out best candidates
Prepare detailed spreadsheets, presentations, calendars, and reports from a variety of databases
Manage client information databases for the Head of Establishment to find detailed records quickly and accurately
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries
Research, develop, and maintain personal knowledge of Human Resource operations
Organize meetings, organize scheduling, send reminders, and prepare agendas for the Head of Establishment
Responsible for influencing positive employee morale and quality customer service
All other duties, as assigned
Talent Requirements:
One (1) year of Executive Assistant or Human Resources experience required
One (1) year of Customer Service experience is preferred
Professional experience with recruiting and hiring
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced written and oral communication skills via specification documentation, and interface with business partners and various levels of company management
Proficient in typing and working knowledge with Google suite and trucking industry CRM platforms
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate a high customer service commitment
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette
