As a B2B lead generation, Email, and Linkedin Outreach company, our goal is to take the heavy lifting out of prospecting so our clients can do their best work. We source ideal prospects and engage them from first contact until they’re ready to hop on a call and talk business with our clients.

With the company growing rapidly, we are looking to add more clients to our plate.

We are looking for an appointment setter mainly focussing on Upwork. The job is as simple as it gets. You will;
1. Read through relevant Upwork Job ads and make a compelling proposal with the goal of getting employers to respond.
2. After getting a response, set an appointment and endorse to Growleady's founders for a client call.
3. Do your own research with the goal of finding relevant potential clients to respond to your job proposal.
4. The founders will be the ones to close the deal and talk to the employers, all you need to do is send a proposal, and have them book a call with the founders.

As mentioned, the rate is still Upgrade to see actual info might be commission based, but once you have proven to get responses or bookings, we are very much willing to give a competitive Upgrade to see actual info can also be an hourly rate, or a lower hourly rate + commission.
