Wordpress API to App

Looking for programmer who can set up a wordpress API or plugins to allow our IOS app to connect. Would like for the API to be able to handle Facebook login credentials, normal login credentials, image sharing, and comment sharing with the app. Will be using several different plugins but would like someone who knows this process.
