WordPress Developer [Fulltime]

Job Brief:
We are looking for a competent WordPress Developer with a good eye for design, who can create appealing and functional websites. You will be responsible for front-end development, including WordPress theme and plugin installation, site integration, and security ---------- addition to these duties, front-end developers are responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all web pages.

About us:

My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Responsibilities:

Designing and building the website ---------- signing and managing the website.
Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
Conducting website performance tests.
Troubleshooting content issues.
Monitoring the performance of the live ---------- termining the structure and design of web pages.
Ensuring user experience determines design ---------- veloping features to enhance the user experience.
Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
Building reusable code for future use.
Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
Proficiency in CSS, PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business ---------- monstrated problem-solving and consulting skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Must have a good knowledge of current employment practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, GSuite and Hubstaff.
