Team Lead / Full Stack developer

Position Summary:
An Australian safety automation company producing products for the Transport Industry. Currently looking for a team lead on the development team. As a team lead, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. As Team Lead you will ensure that the operations manager receives regular updates on progress, reports, and QA-tested builds for inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores/ play stores, and support.
Working with the developer team to create and maintain a solid framework to support the app/web.
Working with the front-end developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features.
Optimising performance for the web/app.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualification requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant field.

Experience requirements:
Proven development experience in app and web development.
Outstanding knowledge in mobile usability design principles, information architecture, and human-computer interaction.
Excellent record of delivering successful products
