We help clients with their website creation, sales funnels, email & SMS automation sequences, and all marketing needs

About You:
* Enjoys helping others. You are inquisitive and are not shy about asking questions

* Open to selling to customer needs
* Professional verbal communication
* Interested in growth and innovation
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Technically-savvy and comfortable using CRM software
* Not afraid of venturing into the unknown
* Able to cover Eastern US time zones
* Relentless in your follow up to make sure clients are satisfied.

Day in the LIfe:
* Answering client questions promptly via Intercom Chat support
* Triaging questions to quick answers, or troubleshooting required
* Tasking out tasks to the right tea ---------- mbers
* Following up to ensure tasks are delivered to the client in a timely manner
* Updating team trainings / standard responded to ensure fast and correct responses to clients

Stand-out Advantage:
> Experience in Project Management of a team with programs like ----------
> Experience on live-chat or phone support
> Experience with digital marketing - website creation, SEO, sales funnels, email/SMS Automation sequences
