Day in the LIfe:
* Answering client questions promptly via Intercom Chat support
* Triaging questions to quick answers, or troubleshooting required
* Tasking out tasks to the right tea
* Following up to ensure tasks are delivered to the client in a timely manner
* Updating team trainings / standard responded to ensure fast and correct responses to clients
Stand-out Advantage:
