We have a new and exciting opportunity for an innovative and savvy HubSpot CRM - Operational Marketer, with a Digital Technical Marketing background, to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a number of marketing automation strategies across our extensive contacts/customers and new leads. You will be implementing and executing day-to-day digital marketing operations and technical marketing work in Hubspot, across building out workflows as briefed by the Head of Marketing, retargeting, list segmentation, campaign sequencing and inbox management.
Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Working closely with our Market Research Team Lead and reporting into the Head of Marketing, gather requirements, set objectives, plan, evaluate and deliver database management across all new leads/contacts
- Curate and constantly update our database, frequent data-cleanse, and management of our contacts
- Work with other tools/software and internal systems on integrating and refining data into HubSpot
- Work with the Head of Marketing to monitor all automated
- Build out workflows for each customer segmentation list based on
- Assume responsibility for achieving agreed goals for the number of new client briefs per event and/or month
- Identify and implement innovative processes to keep our database as optimised and flawless as possible, considering new contacts,, old/existing contacts etc.
- Coordinate delivery of customer communications via HubSpot marketing automation and eDMs, which best support our business goals
- Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger
- Develop, test, implement and optimise marketing automation journeys and campaigns whilst ensuring compliance
- Draw on your experience and engage in envisioning potential solutions to streamline database build/database management processes

What you’ll need to join our Marketing Team (essential):
- Min 3 years in CRM (HubSpot) and Marketing Automation
- Understanding of relevant B2B digital marketing/customer journey
- Extensive experience and knowledge of HubSpot
- Experience in delivering B2B automated campaigns that drive new leads/revenue
- Proven ability to analyse, forecast, plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive revenue
- Ability to work autonomously and own aspects of the Customer Journeys Strategy
Location - Office in Manila (Work from Home for the first 6 months)
Must have your own remote set up (MAC or PC, monitor, reliable internet)
