Job Description

* Manage the on boarding of Australian Talent to our Company including direct communication with clients to get Superannuation information, TFNS, Banking and other documents to add to payroll.


* Manage the AU and PH Pay Roll


* Manage the invoicing process and followup with clients.


* Work closely with the Directors and CFO in reporting.


* Track and manage all expenses across the company ensuring they are correctly allocated.


* Manage the P&L across all jobs with the direct teams.


*Build and manage a team as the role grows.


The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years plus experience in accounting or finance management


* Strong experience with XERO and Australian Taxation / Bookkeeping / Payroll.

* Knowledge of creator entertainment space would be beneficial.


* Experience managing and building a finance and operations team.
