JOB OVERVIEW

Requiring an animal-loving social media professional to join as full-time social media manager for a growing brand in the pet space. You will work alongside the CEO, Operations Manager and Designers and your role will be to manage the growth of our social media account(s) across a range of platforms.

Your role will involve:
• Attending 1x marketing team call per week
• Planning out the social media posts at least 2 weeks in advance using a content calendar
• Sourcing / managing delivery of the content (e.g. working with our Graphic Designer, Video Editor or someone else on the team to source/create the required content)
• Analysing social media post performance week over week
• You'll be posting on Facebook Page, Instagram Brand account, Tik Tok Brand account, YouTube Brand account, plus some smaller non-brand accounts which we are building to create a wider audience (e.g. we're launching a Tik Tok account focused on educating people on dog health and wellness etc.)

Required Experience:
• Must have managed content planning and posting for other clients in the past
• Must be familiar with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later etc.
• Able to analyse performance and growth

• Ability to communicate and work as part of a team
• Leadership skills and good organisation in order to meet deadlines
• A love for animals, especially dogs
• A desire to find a fun, long-term role with a growing customer base
