Architectural Revit BIM Manager

Stone Bay Real Estate is a design and development firm seeking an experienced Architectural Revit BIM Manager to contribute support throughout our projects. With over a decade in private equity and commercial real estate operations, we pride ourselves in having established development partners. Our core asset types of self-storage, apartments, and affordable housing are in strong and growing markets with sustainable demand. Responsibilities

• Preparation of schematic design and design development in multidisciplinary models up to LOD 350
• Assist BIM implementation and developing best practices for the company.
• Manage and develop BIM protocol, standards, and content (library).
• Process submittals/substitution requests during pre-construction and address RFI’s.
• Generate reporting such BOQ and clash detection.
• Supports design review, estimating, and presentation.
• Provide technical support to less experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand architectural drawings
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion
• Must be organized, self-motivated, team oriented, and possess excellent communication skills
• 3+ years of experience
