Our company focuses on Physician Staffing in the Locum Tenens market. This is a term used to describe Physicians that work for Hospitals on a temporary contract or independent contractor basis to fill temporary needs that. the hospitals have. Sometimes the Physician jobs last 6 months to 1 year or even longer.
The Position:
Business Development / Lead Generation with U.S. Hospital Clients / Appointment Setting
We are looking for resourceful individuals to help us contact Hospitals (via
Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on prospective Hospital Clients in concert with our physician liaison team. You will work directly with one of our Physicians to help you with this.
• Utilize our data intelligence systems to locate Hospitals and contact key decision makers in those facilities via
Phone calls. We will train you to do this!
• Engage these prospective Clients to identify what types of Physicians they need and obtain job descriptions from them on
what they are looking for.
• Create meetings between these prospective Clients and one of our Physician leaders so that he/she can help close the
deal and get a contract!
• Marketing to current and potential Hospital Clients which include creating and managing online marketing campaigns
including posts,
• Cultivate and maintain trusted, professional relationships with Clients and keep in touch with them so they know we are
always available to help!

Education/Experience:
• Communication Skills: Must be very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Marketing capabilities
• Background in Healthcare helpful but not necessary! We will train you on any pertinent Medical terms
• Experience in Microsoft word and Excel
• Helpful but not necessary: Experience or willingness to learn how to use or post to LinkedIn, Instagram,
Key Attributes:
• Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Self-motivated and driven to be the best; Resourcefulness
• Willing to learn; Good attention to detail
Requirements:
• Communication Skills: Must be very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Must be willing to work in the CST Time Zone (9am – 5pm CST) due to phone calls, but
time zone.
• Must have fast, reliable internet connection and computer for work. Please identify current workstation/internet
