Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for our real estate investment firm. The candidate must be a self-motivated, go getter that wants to help improve and optimize the marketing efforts of the company. This is a full-time, long-term position with benefits, growth and training potential for the right candidate. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following:

1. Updating and maintaining Wordpress website
2. SEO optimization of website, blogs, and videos using Ahrefs
3. Automating and managing marketing campaigns using Active Campaign
4. Creating and managing Facebook Ads/Facebook Pixels
5. Managing the company's social media
6. Managing Zapier
7. Engaging with social media audience
8. Video editing
9. Ad hoc Marketing Tasks

We need a candidate to have experience with the following ranked in order of importance:

1. Wordpress - development, design, and management
2. Active Campaign - marketing campaign automation and management
3. SEO Optimization - Ahrefs
4. Facebook Ads/Pixels
5. Zapier
6. Canva

Lastly, this position requires the candidate have English levels of C1 or C2.

Upon successful completion of the first 90-days of work, the candidate will receive paid holidays. Following the successful completion of 180-days of work, the candidate will receive a $600 health insurance stipend. There will be yearly reviews with the potential for yearly income increases. We are looking for a candidate that wants to learn and grow with the company.
